Sucks as a TR game, horrible characters and story, lots of horrible QT events, poor pacing, much to easy (only died once the whole game) and I pretty much felt forced to finish it. Atleast for me the only things worth a damn was the pretty graphics and that the combat was not to bad. Everything else I didnt like at all, was looking forward to this game to, as I liked Uncharted games and the old TR games so it seemed like a mash up of the two and would be good, but in the end its the years most dissapointing title for me. It's a good game, but don't be fooled by the marketing - this isn't some sort of hardcore survival simulator; it's more like a Mass Effect-style cover-based shooter with a bit of platforming and a spot of stealth.
The game is a extremely linear; there's hardly any exploration, and the tombs are little more than 15-minute platforming puzzles. The story is meh and predictable; within the first hour I figured out who's the Big Bad, who's the MacGuffin, who's the heroic sacrificial lamb, and who's going to betray the heck out of you. And despite their attempts to make Lara feel more human and vulnerable, it's hardly convincing when I'm gunning down baddies in clumps at a time. And you know what? I've bought Legend, Anniversary and Underworld, and this is the first Tomb Raider game I've ever bought that has managed to keep me interested long enough to finish it. 'much to easy (only died once the whole game)' You're kidding, right?
What difficulty did you play on? I always start my games off at Normal and I died atleast 30 times. It's like 3 hits with a bullet/arrow and you're dead.

Or maybe I'm just horrible at games. IAAGguy same way here, at normal I died at least 15-20 times, but if you really wanna make this exciting, play it on survival with only arrow and nothing else, then I tell you how much more enjoyable it's gonna be, thats my plan on 2nd playthrough.
