Hi, I recently bought Office Home and Student 2016. According to the product specification I should be able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote as fully installed Office applications. I got the product in the mail and followed the installation instructions. After installing I open an Office program in the Launch Pad to active the account. After logging on with my email and password I get the message: 'Cannot Find License'.

I don't understand how this is possible when I find the product on my Microsoft account and used the installation instructions specified in the product package. Do anybody know of possible fixes to this issue? I noticed that the product key I got in the package is different from the one that I find on my Microsoft account.

Is there anywhere I need to write in the different product key from my Microsoft account to activate the license? So far I only have access to office applications online through my Microsoft account but I want this to work offline as well. Any help would be much appreciated.
